Brief details of your party: Number of adults, Children- and whether you wish to bring a Dog.(1 Dog extra £15.00 per week)
Cot & High Chair: Additional £35.00 per week, plus £4.00 for linen (If required).

DEPOSIT: After confirmation of dates, we will confirm your provisional Booking upon receipt of a £100 Deposit, by cheque.
BALANCE: The balance is due 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
CANCELLATION: If you find it necessary to cancel your booking, please contact us, and we will make every effort to re-let the Cottage.If succesful, we will return all monies paid to ourselves (Less a £50.00 administration charge). If we are unable to re-let, all Deposits, and Balances will be retained.
We suggest you take out travel insurance to cover such eventuality.
CLEANING: We employ a professional Management company to prepare the property to the highest standard.
BEDDING:The price shown includes all Sheets,Pillow cases,Duvet covers , Towels etc.
